An Act To Create The Mississippi Municipality And County Fire Station Building Fund; To Provide That Such Fund Shall Be Administered By The Mississippi Emergency Management Agency; To Provide That Such Funds Shall Be Used To Renovate, Upgrade And Modify Local Fire Stations; To Provide Certain Funding For The Fund; To Amend Section 45-2-1, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Preceding Section; And For Related Purposes.
