Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Sections 15-38-15, 15-38-20, 15-38-40, And 15-38-50, All Relating To The South Carolina Contribution Among Tortfeasors Act, So As To Include Persons Or Entities For The Purposes Of Allocation Of Fault, And To Make Conforming Changes.
