Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 57-7-230, Relating To The Construction And Maintenance Of Speed-control Devices, So As To Increase The Posted Speed Limit For Roads Or Streets Upon Which Municipalities Or Counties May Construct And Maintain Speed-control Devices.
