Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Enacting The "liability For Injuries Caused By Abortion-inducing Drugs Act" By Adding Article 7 To Chapter 41, Title 44 So As To Impose Liability On Any Person Who Manufactures, Mails, Distributes, Transports, Delivers, Or Provides Abortion-inducing Drugs, Or Who Aids Or Abets The Manufacture, Mailing, Distribution, Transportation, Delivery, Or Provision Of Abortion-inducing Drugs For Certain Damages, With Exceptions; To Define Terms; And For Other Purposes.
