As introduced, changes the reporting requirements for the board of regents, each state university board, and the board of trustees of the University of Tennessee summarizing grievance activities of the previous year from annually to upon the request of the education committee of the senate or the committee of the house of representatives having jurisdiction over education. - Amends TCA Title 49.
