Official description
The purpose of this bill is to clarify the declaration of a state of preparedness by executive order of the Governor or by concurrent resolution of the Legislature to alleviate the two classes of state of preparedness for simplicity and have one level of a state of preparedness similar to having only one level for a state of emergency.
